Welcome!

The Unitarian Church in Summit (New Jersey) is a vibrant community of people who come from various religious backgrounds and join together to support each other in our individual quests for truth and meaning. Like other Unitarian-Universalist congregations, we embrace a set of guiding principles but don't have a creed, or fixed set of beliefs, that members are expected to adopt.

Our congregation gathers for Sunday morning worship in a gracious historic sanctuary. Concurrent with the adult services, our religious-education programs for children teach them about our principles, ethical behavior and major world religions.

People of all ages can get involved in a host of programs geared to personal development, community service, church governance and camaraderie. We also offer music programs and other events for the broader community.

The Unitarian Church in Summit welcomes people regardless of their race, ethnic background, political persuasion, economic circumstances or sexual orientation. We hope you will come visit soon.
